Since joining SPi in 2003, he has developed this business line from the ground up to become the leading provider of billing and settlement solutions to energy retailers in Ontario. Mr. Taylor has over 15 years of experience in software development and service delivery with expertise in consulting and project management, and is a recognized expert in the structure and operations of deregulated energy markets.
